The Temperature Is Much Lower Than The

In the nighttime, the temperature is much lower than the temperature in the daytime, and it would come to the lowest level of temperature, especially when the heat that was saved from mid day starting to release to the atmosphere completely. This occurs usually around 3.00 am.There are some simple ways that we can do in order to avoid or reduce our habit showering in the nighttime.
The first preventive way from the very beginning of the day is consuming a vitamin C to keep our body fit and still have good stamina at the end of the day. Ideally, the amount of vitamin C that is recommended to be consumed daily is 1000 mg. However, natural way has always been the safest way to keep our body in a good shape.
So it would be better if you consume fruits and veggies everyday. Strawberry is a good fruit to fulfill our daily need of vitamin and it contains more vitamin C rather than the oranges.If you still cannot get rid of the fatigue and want to have a shower to make it better, then you still can refresh your body without having the cold water all over the body. It simply begins with washing your face with a cleanser, brushing your teeth and ends with washing your feet. And then you can feel the freshness that will lead you to a sound sleeping.
